Yup - I have a cold - feel pretty tired.
Work was OK - took Day quil - but it is now 8 PM and I am feeling tired and pooped.
I went to Yoga at lunch and ran 3 miles on the treadmill after work. I am pretty happy with myself - because it would have been way to easy to skip out. While I was in Yoga and running I felt really good. But now the nose will not stop.
Going to bed
